      He could, but horses have more stamina and he’d fall behind eventually.

        Huh…I was under the impression that wolves have really incredible stamina, able to run at an easy lope for hours, but it may be that I have been lied to by Animorphs. >_<

    no wonder horses don’t like him pull reins to hard is bad for a horses neck and the horse can probably sense he’s an inexperienced rider

      He’s not pulling. The horse is throwing it’s head. If the horse acts up you don’t just let it; that’s how you get bucked off. But that horse definitely doesn’t like him.

    I feel for you Meela… TT^TT I had my first riding lesson yesterday and I’m STILL sore.
    And Feral, no wonder horses dun like chu! >3< Why you gotta be mean and pull on the reins like that?
